A decision was made to elect Kabul Tukhtayev new chairman of Uzbekistan’s Uzneftegazdobycha joint stock company’s board at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the company, Uzbekneftegaz national holding company told Trend.

A decision was made to elect Kabul Tukhtayev new chairman of Uzbekistan’s Uzneftegazdobycha joint stock company’s board at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the company, Uzbekneftegaz national holding company told Trend.

Earlier, Tukhtayev served as deputy chairman of Uzbekneftegaz company.

Uzneftegazdobycha company, specializing in the development of oil and gas fields, the extraction of oil, gas and gas condensate and the processing of natural gas, was established in 2006.

The biggest shareholders are the Uzbekneftegaz National Holding Company (50.97 percent of shares) and the Center for Management of State-owned Assets state unitary enterprise (48.08 percent).
