The law on trademarks has entered into force in Turkmenistan, Trend reports with reference to a published document.
This law regulates the relations arising in the field of legal protection and use of trademarks.
The construction of new industrial and processing facilities, including those with wide participation of entrepreneurs, has made it possible to fill the domestic market with high-quality goods, successfully competing with foreign analogues, and also increase their deliveries to world markets, the Turkmenistan State News Agency reported.
In general, all this causes the relevance of new legislation acts that regulate relations arising in the sphere of legal protection and use of trademarks and appellations of origin of the goods.
It is also important in the context of enhancing foreign trade activities of domestic facilities that adopt modern methods of business organization and marketing.
