(Kazinform) Yesterday Constitutional Council of Kazakhstan held session organized by Kazakh Agency on Informatization and Communications. The sitting was dedicated to introduction of a single system of electronic document management of the state bodies with application of electronic digital signature; Kazinform refers to press service of the Agency. Within the conference Deputy Chairman of Informatization and Communications Agency K. Yessekeyev handled 9 electronically signed container documents to the administrators of Constitutional Council.
Thus the Council is permitted to send electronically signed documents to other state agencies. After special training the Council will join experienced exploitation of interdepartmental document management between Kazakh Ministries of Transport and Communications, Economy and Budget Planning, Trade and Social Protection, Education and Science, Justice Ministry, Central Election Committee and others, reports Trend.
With the purpose to improve work in the single system of electronic document management there are created mobile groups and a call-center giving consultations. State program is based on the idea of achievement of creating progressive information society through e-government.
