4.5-5-magnitude quake occured in the south of Kyrgyzstan on Saturday at 9.22 a.m., the Spokesperson's Office for the Ministry of Emergency of Kyrgyzstan with the reference to the Seismology Institute of the Kyrgyz National Academy of Sciences informs, 24.kg news agency reported

The epicenter was located in the mountains on the border with Tajikistan, 22 kilometers south of Karamyk and Kara-Teyit villages and 115 km south-east of Batken city. The strength of pushes was 4 points in Karamyk and Kara-Teyit, and 3 points in Daraot-Korgon and Zhar-Bashy. There is no information about victims and damage.
