Turkmen national Internet service providers (ISPs) - Telephone Network of Ashgabat CJSC and Turkmentelecom company - have launched a campaign to reduce Internet tariffs in the country.
The new reduced prices for unlimited Internet traffic are available until December 31.
Both existing and new subscribers of the Turkmen ISPs can benefit from the campaign.
Monthly payment for unlimited Internet traffic at 256 Kbit/s is 135 Turkmen manats, 512 Kbit/s - 150 manats, 2048 Kbit/s - 250 manats.
The official exchange rate of the Turkmen manat against US dollar has remained unchanged since January 2015 ($1 = 3.5 Turkmen manats).
