Envelopes with proposals will be accepted until 11:45 with local time in Uzbekistan Dec.23 2015 at the address: Uzbekistan, Tashkent city, 100027, Olmazor str., 1 "A".
Opening of envelopes with competition proposals will be held there at 12:00 Dec.23 2015.
