All e-mails and SMS are controlled by the police, Iran's police chief Ismail Ahmadi Moghaddam said, ILNA agency reported.

Ahmadi Moghaddam said the individuals who called on the population to participate in illegal demonstrations via SMS and e-mail after the events occurred in Ashura mourning day will not get any concessions from the police.

All sources, from which e-mails and SMS are received, are under control of the police," Moghaddam said.

"Let those, using services of anonymous proxy-servers, not think that we can not control their activity. We just made concessions up to now, allowing easily to send e-mails and SMS," he said.

Moghaddam also said that all people organizing illegal demonstrations which grew into mass riots, will suffer severe penalties.
