Iran intends to produce passenger aircrafts designed to carry about 100-150 people, Iranian Defence Minister Ahmad Vahidi was quoted as saying by Fars.
The project is already ready and the country is likely to proceed to its realisation, he told journalists.
The Defence Ministry cooperates with the Civil Aviation to develop a wider aircraft configuration.
