"5 +1" group accepts Iran's proposal on negotiations
The "5 +1" group accepted the Iranian side's proposal to start negotiations, as well as Tehran's terms. One of them is to negotiate on the basis of the Tehran Agreement, Alaeddin Boroujerdi, the head of the Iranian Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, was quoted by the website of jamejamonline.ir. newspaper, as saying.
He added that the future negotiations between the "5 +1" group and Iran will be held within the Iranian proposals.
Earlier, the Iranian Foreign Ministry representative Ramin Mehmanparast said that Iran has put forward a proposal to negotiate with the "5 +1" group at the ministerial level on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York.
Iran said that it is ready to negotiate on the basis of the Tehran Agreement, signed between Iran, Brazil and Turkey on May 17.
