An Iranian national who had come to the border town of Nokandi, in Pakistan's Baluchistan province, was shot dead by unidentified gunmen, Iran Daily reported with the reference to ISNA.
The Islamabad-based newspaper 'Ummat' said the body of Gholam Nabi was handed over to Iranian officials at the joint border.
Informed sources told the newspaper 25 assailants were involved and they had come to the town in three vehicles.
