The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for June 10:
Export floor: Offers 280 tons of bitumen.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 137,660 tons of bitumen, vacuum bottom, lube cut oil, sulphur and chemicals as well as polymers.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 1,165 tons of wire copper, 3,000 tons of cathode copper, 20,000 tons of low grade copper and 5,000 tons of sponge iron as well as 2,000 tons of cement, 1,500 tons of 1000 lb aluminum ingots and 500 tons of aluminium billets.
Agriculture floor: Offers 23,200 tons of wheat, 4,400 tons of sugar and 1,000 tons of crude vegetable oil as well as 1,000 tons of colza, 1,600 kilograms of date and 62,000 day-old chickens.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 3,400 tons of steel profile basket and 100 tons of frozen meat.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
