Iran's trade turnover with neighboring countries exceeds $25B

In the first eight months of the current Iranian year, according to statistics, Iran's trade balance with neighboring countries was positive, Trend reports referring to Iranian media.

Most of Iranian exports are supplied to Iraq, reports said. In the first eight months of the current Iranian year, Iran's exports to Iraq reached $6.75 billion and the balance of trade between the two countries was $6.73 billion.

During the reported period, the exports to the UAE reached $5.09 billion and the balance of trade between the two countries was $638 million.

At the same time, Iran's exports to Afghanistan reached $2.24 billion and the balance of trade between these countries was $2.23 billion.
