According to the information at the newspaper's disposal, the ex-chief of the security service at the Zvartnots airport, Karen Babayan (Sheriff), may be appointed deputy head of the presidential control service.

The newspaper reminds readers that just a few hours after Vladimir Gasparyan was appointed chief of Armenia's police, Sheriff handed in his resignation. He had had disagreements with Gasparyan.

As regards his joining the Armenian presidential staff, the newspaper reports that the Armenian president's brother, Levon Sargsyan, interceded for Sheriff. Levon Sargsyan is in close relations with the Babayans.
