( PanARMENIAN ) - Poland evinces interest in the Armenian-Turkish relations and wishes to help the two states to normalize them, RA Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian said at a joint news conference in Yerevan . He said the Armenian side presented its position on the issue to the Polish delegation.
For her part, Polish FM Anna Fotyga reminded that last year Poland expressed readiness to mediate for normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations without representing interests of either of the sides. "We enjoy close historical ties with both countries, but it's a special case. We can help if Armenia and Turkey request our mediation," she said.
