Who will be the next President of the USA will not change attitude towards
Georgia, we are strategic partners, the President of Georgia, Mikhail
Saakashvili, briefed the media today.
"Presidential candidate McCain is my friend, also my close friend is the
candidate for the post of Vice Presidents from the Democratic Party Joe Biden,
who spent several days with us when we became the victim of Russian
aggression," he stated.
The President of Georgia emphasized that "precisely Biden became the author of idea to allocate $1bln aid to Georgia". "It has a number of the concrete projects, which also envisage to help Georgia," said Saakashvili.
