The President of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili opened the Georgian-American University of Technology in Batumi on Saturday.

"It is the tallest building in the Caucasus, and it will be a building that will give the highest education," he said referring to the students Batumi schools.

Saakashvili said that the top 25% of students will study in this university for free and get a scholarship.

"The best professorsin science and technology sectors not only form Georgia, but also from abroad will teach here," he said. Saakashvili said that the completion of the University of Technology is the fulfillment of his dream and he did not offer anything in the draft, he built this building the next generation.

The President stressed that the university diploma will be American and all Georgian students will be allowed to work around the world.

Georgian President reiterated that the students understand the protest movement against violence, but let all honest answer, who will lead the country forward his team or former criminals.

He promised that those who raped people in prison will answer and those who ordered this torture will be punished even more. However, he also said that the dividend should not get those half years hiding the records and prepared to dispose of the dirt on people, do not safe those who being raped.

"They wanted to dispose of the incriminating evidence to the masses on September 24 that we did not have time to answer.
