Three civilians were wounded on Thursday in a roadside bomb blast in central Baghdad, a security source said.
"A roadside bomb went off on Thursday (March 17) near Uqba bin Nafeaa square, central Baghdad, wounding three civilians," the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
He did not give more details.
Earlier on Thursday four civilians were wounded by an improvised explosive device blast in northwestern Baghdad.
"The bomb exploded near the Central Child hospital in al-Iskan region, northwestern Baghdad, injuring four civilians," the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
"The blast caused material damage to nearby stores and vehicles," he noted.
