Secretary General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, has condemned the recent terrorist attacks in Iraq that have killed more than 60 people, the organisation said.
The message also states that the secretary general of the OIC called on all political forces in Iraq to put aside their differences and come to a consensus that will serve the interests of the Iraqi people.
At least 60 people were killed on Sunday in Iraq as a result of bomb blasts in different parts of the country.
A total of 16 attacks were made and one of the most bloody occurred near the city of Kirkuk which is located in the north of the country. At least 11 people were killed and 17 wounded.
