Israel's Internal Security Service Head Warns of Possible Attacks on Political Leaders
Yuval Diskin, the Director of the Israeli internal security service (Shabak) warned of possible attacks on political leaders of Israel, "Maariv"newspaper reported.
Diskin said that Shabak (Israeli internal security) sees that a group is formed within of far-right and ready to use weapons to stop the political process and to eliminate political leaders.
At the government meeting, which focused on recent unrest perpetrated by the settlers in Hebron, Diskin said that "it is now, the day before the memory of Yitzhak Rabin, we see the willingness of some members of the extreme right to take up arms. Shabak expresses its utmost concern at these developments."
