( Interfax ) - Moscow does not take British media reports that 34 Russian diplomats could be expelled from London seriously.
"I heard about this, but later this information was refuted," Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told journalists on Sunday.
The British side has already stated that it does not plan to react to Russia's closing regional offices of the British Council, the minister said. "I think this was wise of them," Lavrov said.
