A judge sided with the star, whose real name is Curtis Jackson. His son Marquise, 10 and former flame Shaniqua Tompkins should leave the 1.5-million-dollar property by the end of the school year.
Lawyers for Tompkins claimed that Jackson had promised her the house as part of their separation settlement. But Brett Kimmel, a lawyer for Jackson, argued that his client was paying Tompkins 6,700 dollars-a-month, which includes a housing allowance.
Tompkins remained unconvinced.
"Any man who would evict his son out of his house is evil," she said. "He's an evil, disgruntled man."
