Supreme Rada States Break to Agree Necessary Bills for Pre-Term Elections

Ukraine, Kiev, 9 October / Trend corr. Z.Novosvitskiy /Ukrainian Supreme Rada announced two hours break to agree the bill package for pre-term elections.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Supreme Rada Speaker, stated that he received an official decree from President Viktor Yushenko for pre-term cessation of Parliamentїs authority.

їIt is clear that our careless future has already been defined. There is a decree and now we will hold pre-term elections,ї said Yatsenyuk.

Parliament should define how it will hold the elections and which bills should be accepted.

їThe corresponding bill package has been worked out on 8 October. The documents needs final agreement by the fraction heads,ї said Yatsenyuk.

Yushenko sets special parliamentary elections on 7 December.
