Ukraine, Kiev, 28 October / Trend , corr. Z.Novosvitskiy /The Yulia Timoshenko Bloc (BYuT) will blockade the work of the Ukrainian Supreme Rada until the bill package to overcome the crisis will be considered, Ivan Kirilenko, the leader of the BYuT fraction, said in his interview to journalists.

The agreed bill to overcome the crisis was worked out last night. The document was signed by the President and submitted to the Parliament for consideration.

At the same time, the attempts were taken on 28 October at early morning to put to the vote the bill projects, which were related financing of election.

"Therefore we stood before the rostrum and would stand there until the bill would be put to the vote," Kirilenko said.

Nikolai Tomenko, the deputy Speaker of the Supreme Rada and a member of BYuT, said that the pro-governmental Our Ukraine- Popular Defense fraction stood up for considering the bills to finance the election to the Parliament.

"The fact that Our Ukraine party stood against the President's bill shocked me. I have two explanation of this story: or Our Ukraine party was not informed of Viktor Yuschenko agreed the bill with advisers and Presidential Secretariat, or perhaps, today, the President ordered not to vote for his own developed bill," Tomenko said.

The Parliamentary Litvin Bloc fraction stated about its readiness to consider the President's bill, but with certain terms. The Ukrainian Communistic Party has submitted its own version to overcome the crisis, while the Party of Regions stated that it rejects to support the bill.
