Ukraine, Kiev, 8 Dec / Trend , corr. Z.Novosvitskiy/The consumer price indexes in Nov 2008 made up 101.5% and 119.8% since the beginning of the year, the Ukrainian State Committee on Statistics said.
According to the Committee, price of food products and nonalcoholic beverages grew by 0.2%. Most of all (by 9%) eggs became dearer. The prices of milk, butter, cheeses, animal fats, fish and products from the fish grew by 2-4.7%. At the same time the prices of oil, vegetables, meat of bird, pork, fig and sugar dropped by 1.7-7.8%.
An increase in prices (tariffs) of dwelling, water, electric power, gas and other forms of fuel by 6.2% caused first of all by an increase in the pay for hot water and heating (by 23.9%).
