A Greek court on Thursday ordered the leader of the extreme-right Golden Dawn party Nikos Michaloliakos to remain in custody pending trial, dpa reported.
During a marathon testimony that lasted more than six hours at Athens' main courthouse, the leader of Golden Dawn denied the charges of setting up a criminal organization and said they were politically motivated.
He was handcuffed and lead to Greece's high security prison, Korydallos.
