(ForUm) - Foreign Ministry of Ukraine notes once again that Russia must carry out the decree of Ukrainian courts as regards restitution of means and navigation and hydrographic objects, including radio navigational station Mars-75, used by Russian Black Sea Fleet illegally and contrary to basic agreements of 1997. Press office of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine informed.
The Ministry states that according to the article 124 of the Constitution of Ukraine, jurisdiction of Ukraine's courts covers all legal relationship, appearing in the country, and all court decreed are made in the name of Ukraine and are obligatory to be fulfilled all over Ukraine, reports Trend.
The Ministry warns the Russian side that in case of continuation of such actions by the Russian Federation, the Ukrainian party reserves a right to take measures, provided by international law.
