In August 2019, the trade turnover between Turkey and Uzbekistan increased by $84.260 million, compared to August 2018, and amounted to $194.096 million, Trend reports referring to the Turkish Trade Ministry.
In August 2019, Turkish exports to Uzbekistan reached $99.269 million, while imports from Uzbekistan amounted to $94.827 billion.
From January to August 2019, trade turnover between Turkey and Uzbekistan increased by $302.351 million, compared to the same period in 2018, and amounted to $1.499 billion.
In the first eight months of 2019, Turkish exports to Uzbekistan reached $754.769 million, while imports from Uzbekistan reached $694.354 million.
Turkey's foreign trade turnover in August 2019 amounted to $28.6 billion.
In August 2019, Turkish exports grew by 1.69 percent and amounted to $13.1 billion, while the imports decreased by 0.27 percent and amounted to $15.5 billion compared to August 2018.
