The value of export of clothes from Turkey grew by 32.3 percent in the first 4 months of 2021 on annual basis, surpassing $6.3 billion, the country's Ministry of Trade told Trend on May 5.
According to the ministry, in April of this year, Turkey exported clothes to foreign markets in the amount of over $1.6 billion, which is 184.7 percent more compared to April 2020.
Over the past 12 months (from April 2020 through April 2021), the value of export of the mentioned goods from Turkey made up over $18.6 billion.
