The foreign ministries of Azerbaijan and Bolivia signed an agreement on political consultations, the Azerbaijani foreign ministry told Trend on June 27.
The agreement was signed with Foreign Minister of Bolivia David Choquehuanca as part of Azerbaijani ambassador to Bolivia Mammad Ahmadzade's visit to the city of La Paz, according to the statement.
The issues of cooperation between the two countries in political, trade-economic and humanitarian spheres, expanding the legal framework and holding mutual visits were discussed at the meeting.
During the visit Ahmadzade also met with senior officials of the Bolivian government and MPs.
