The Secretary General of the Council of Europe (CE) Terri Davis will visit Azerbaijan on 4 September, head of the information and press department of the Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Tahir Tagizade told Trend.
He noted, the visit’s goal is to get familiar with the the preparations to the 6 November Parliament’s elections in the country.
During the visit Terri Davis will take part in the conference “Elections and Democratic Development” to be held on 5 September in Baku.
The visit of the CE Secretary General Terri Davis will finish on 6 September.
