“The Azerbaijani and Ukrainian Presidents gave instructions to the both Foreign Minsitries to hold preparations for the official visit of Victor Ushenko, the Ukrainian President, to Azerbaijan,” Igor Kezima, the charge d’afair of Ukraine, told to Trend in an exclusive interview. He was commenting the telephone conversation of the Presidents.
The diplomat intends to meet with Elmar Mammadyarov, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, to discuss preparations for the forthcoming visit. The visit is planned to be paid in late November.
It is necessary to unify the visit program and the agenda of the negotiations, as well as package of the bilateral documents to be signed during the visit.
