The foreign observers carried out observations over the poll in Ganja during the parliamentary elections on 6 November. Regional correspondent of Trend reported members of the observation mission of the European Parliament, dispatched to Ganja, monitored the polling in different places and tried to get familiar with the local observers’ opinion.
Seid el Kahdrani, the head of the mission, dispatched to Ganja, said that in difference to previous elections the voters were active during this polling. Informing about appeals made on some negative facts he stressed that they would be studied shortly. The European observer stressed that it was too early to speak about final opinion, while promised to disclose a report by the mission of the European Parliament upon study of all issues.
