“The Military Court on Hard Crimes set to consideration of the criminal case of Elkhan Nasirov, the former military commissar,” Sahibkhan Mirzayev, the judge chaired at the sitting, told Trend.
The former commissar is accused of abuse of service authorities, accepting of bribe, fraud, hooliganism on articles 341, 311, 178, 221 of the Azerbaijani Criminal Code.
The criminal case was filed by the Fuzuli region Prosecutor Office. The investigation revealed that Nasirov violated the Law on draft from 2001 to 2004. He drafted the people released from military service in peaceful period, draw up forged military cards. Nasirov is also accused of inflicting of injury on Vugar Isayev and Abulfaz Aliyev, demanded to return the money taken by him in fraudulent way.
Shahin Javadov, the colleague of Nasirov, and Mubariz Usubov, the civilian, were also called answerable in this regard.
