The next meeting of the Central Election Committee (CEC) of Azerbaijan took place on 23 November. The issues in regard to compiling the summary protocols on the results of the parliamentary elections, which will be submitted to the Constitutional Court have been discussed at the meeting, Trend reports.
Three CEC members Vidadi Mahmudlu, Enver Aliyev and Mansum Bayramov protested against submitting the summary protocols to the Constitutional Court (CC) due to disclosed violations of the law during the parliamentary elections. During the voting 11 CEC members voted for submitting the protocols to CC, 4 people- against.
Thus, CEC took a decision to submit the summary protocols to CEC.
