The Court of Appeals will consider the appeal of Farhad Aliyev, the arrested Ex-Minister of Economic Development, under the chairmanship of judge Mirpasha Husseynova on Wednesday, Trend reports referring to Husseynova.
Aliyev lodged an appeal for sentence of the Sabail region court on 3-month arrest in regard to him. Aliyev noted in his appeal that he did not admit the accusations brought against him.
