The National Olympic Committees (NOC) of Azerbaijan and Georgia signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of sports.
Under the agreement, NOCs of Azerbaijan and Georgia will organize competitions and regional tournaments in the framework of preparations to the Olympic Games in Beijin. The sides plan to cooperate in the field of the Olympic movement, sports, exchange of information, science and technics.
The agreement stipulates also participation of sportsmen in competitions, held in each of these states, NOC of Azerbaijan said.
