Azerbaijan, Baku, April 9, /Trend A.Akhundov/
Number of POS-terminals in Azerbaijan exceeded 20,000 on April 9, 93 percent of them (18 604) are operating in Baku, Ministry of Taxes said on Monday.
For comparison, this figure for the whole country was 11.933 on February 1, and 11.156 for Baku.

If earlier processing centers could register 15-20 POS-terminals per day, the number stands at 300-400 now, the report said.
"In addition, necessary programs loaded in order to implement electronic information exchange and registration of POS-terminals with the tax authorities in the online mode is provided" the report said.
