The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted the resolution "About means of implementation of the system of evaluation of development of information-communication technologies in the Republic of Uzbekistan".
The resolution, announced on Monday, affirmed the rating evaluation structure of ICT implementation in state organizations, the scheme of conducting rating evaluation, and also new requirements for official web-sites of state bodies, agricultural governance, and local authorities.
The document sets new and more severe requirements for official web-sites, interactive state service, information systems and resources, and also provides information security.
Presence and availability of the web-site, compliance of the official web-site with the requirements of the legislation, and also the quality of interactive state service and consideration of physical and legal people's claims coming from The United portal of interactive state service are the key elements. State organizations are obliged to create mobile versions of their web-sites, install additional convenience for people with disabilities, and also means for learning public opinion, such as online surveys, blogs and forums.
State and agricultural bodies of governance are obliged to fix their official web-sites in accordance with the new requirements.
