A staff change has taken place at the Audit Committee of the Pasha Bank Georgia, a subsidiary of Azerbaijan's Pasha Bank, which operates in Georgia.
Khayala Naghiyeva left the Audit Committee of the Pasha Bank Georgia, read a message posted on Pasha Bank's website March 17.
At present, Naghiyeva's position is vacant.
Azer Sadikhov is heading the Audit Committee at the Pasha Bank Georgia.
Pasha Bank Georgia operates since February 2013.
Pasha Bank was founded in 2007.
Pasha Bank OJSC, along with Pasha Insurance, Pasha Life, Pasha Travel and Pasha Construction is a member of the Pasha Holding, which is actually an investment company, but not a classic holding company.
