Representatives of the AZAL State Concern left for France for getting the second airbus Рђ-319 manufactured by the Airbus Industries international air concern, AZAL told Trend. Signing of the document on handing over the new airbus will take place on 27 October. On 28 October the second Рђ319 airbus will arrive in Baku.
The third and the fourth aircrafts will be brought to the country in the middle of 2006. The airbuses A-319 purchased by AZAL will operate on international flights. The first aircraft was brought to Baku from Hamburg on 2 September 2005.
The contract for purchasing of 4 planes was signed between AZAL and AIRBUS in August 2004 in Berlin. The price of the contract is $170 million.
