The State Committee on Securities (SCS) under the Azerbaijani President registered the first prospect of corporate bonds emission in 2005. The issuer is private credit establishment. Parabank got opportunity to issue corporate bonds in the mount of $1.6m through registration of the emission, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSEX) told Trend. Every bond with $10,000 nominal is supposed to give 18% profit. They will be in circulation during 5 years.
SCS register 11 issues of corporate bonds in the amount 61bn manats or $2m. All issuers were banks.
