Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR delivered all the volume of diesel fuel to Ukraine’s Ukrzaliznytsia PJSC via its subsidiary SOCAR Energy Ukraine, a source in SOCAR told Trend Aug. 17.
The diesel fuel was delivered under an agreement signed by the parties.
“SOCAR has already shipped all 14,087 tons of diesel fuel during the period,” said the source. “The deadline was August 19.”
Ukrzaliznytsia PJSC signed an agreement with SOCAR Energy Ukraine on the supply of 14,087 tons of diesel fuel worth over $10 million.
In January-July 2016, SOCAR exported 415,980 tons of diesel fuel versus 528,230 tons in the same period of 2015.
In Ukraine, SOCAR is represented by SOCAR Energy Ukraine and also has 58 filling stations in the country.
