Azerbaijan and Iran will cooperate in the production of building materials, including wood fibreboard (MDF).
This was stated by the head of the Iranian province of Mazandaran, Ali Akbar Tahaei at a meeting with the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Azerbaijan Bahram Aliyev in Baku, the Iranian Embassy in Azerbaijan told Trend.
It was noted at the meeting that Azerbaijan will provide Mazandaran with wood for MDF products, which will be sold in both countries.
The parties also discussed Iranian experience in the production of rice. To this end, the delegation of the Ministry of Agriculture will soon visit Iran.
the meeting also discussed the export of dairy products from Iran to Azerbaijan, development of cooperation in the field of agriculture, including in the field of horticulture and irrigation, investments by Mazandaran investors in livestock sector and some other issues.
