A number of Dutch companies have expressed interest to cooperate with Kyrgyzstan in various spheres, Kabar news agency reported Sept.3.
A meeting with the head of the Dutch Economic Office in Almaty Wilko Roggenkamp was held in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan.
During the meeting the sides discussed the organization of the Kyrgyz-Dutch business forum to be held Sept. 25 in Bishkek.
Roggenkamp stressed that 11 Dutch companies in agricultural consulting, seed farming, hothouse sphere, vegetable store, poultry farming and animal breeding are interested in cooperation with Kyrgyz agricultural enterprises.
The president of Kyrgyz Chamber of Commerce and Industry Marat Sharshekeev said that the Netherlands' experience in the development of agricultural complex is useful for Kyrgyzstan.
The sides expressed confidence that the first mission of Dutch companies to Kyrgyzstan would assist in strengthening cooperation between two countries in agriculture.
