Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov signed a decree on a number of appointments at the enlarged cabinet of ministers meeting on Friday, the official Turkmen mass media reported.
According to the decree, Viktor Zaitsev was appointed as a new editor-in-chief of Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
Former deputy head of Turkmennebitgasgurlushyk state concern Amanaly Gurbanov was appointed as a chairman of the Concern.
Orazberdiyev Kakamyrat was appointed as a hakim (governor) of Tejen town in Ahal province. Ashyrberdi Bechikov was dismissed from hakim of Balkanabat city of Balkan province as he was not able to cope with assigned duties.
Begmyrad Odebayev was dismissed from hakim of Gubadag district of Dashoguz province for shortcomings in work and as he was not able to cope with assigned duties.
Former running head of Dashoguz province Meretdurdy Gurbanov was appointed as a hakim of Gubadag district of Dashoguz province.
Batyr Osmanov was dismissed from hakim of Atamyrat district of Lebap province for shortcomings in work and as he was not able to cope with assigned duties.
Durdymurad Akmyradov was dismissed from hakim of Beyik Turkmenbashi district of Lebap province for shortcomings in work and he was not able to cope with assigned duties.
Former deputy hakim of Serdarabat district of Lebap province was appointed as hakim of Beyik Turkmenbashi district of Lebap province.
Taganov Khanazar was dismissed from hakim of Koytendag district of Lebap province for shortcomings in work and as he was not able to cope with assigned duties.
Former deputy hakim of Farap district of Lepav province was appointed as a hakim of Koytendag district of Lebap province.
