'Moscow' department store, located in the Nasimi district of Baku, burst into flame this morning, the eyewitnesses told Trend on March 14.
Firefighters of the State Fire Service under the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived and extinguished the fire.
The combustible escalator structure and storefronts of a 50 square meter area on the first floor of 'Moscow' four-storey shopping center burned, the ministry reported on March 14.
The rest of the shopping center was protected from the fire.
