The Azerbaijani Consul General in Dubai Parviz Ismayilzade, according to protocol rules, handed his letters patent to the Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
Stressing the high level of relations between Azerbaijan and Dubai, Ismayilzade expressed readiness to make every effort for their further development, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum highly assessed the decision to open Azerbaijan's Consulate General in Dubai, expressing confidence that it will serve to further develop good relations.
