Azerbaijan tightens requirements for donor organizations
Azerbaijan has tightened the requirements for donor organizations.
The Cabinet Ministers of Azerbaijan made the corresponding changes in the resolution "On approval of the unified budget classification". The text of the resolution has been published in the official press.
Thus, foreign countries and their representative offices, financial and credit institutions, international, charitable, humanitarian and other public organizations, working in the fields of education, science, health, culture and sports, as well as the foundations, associations, federations and committees, foreign individuals can act as donors only after they are entitled to deliver grants in the territory of Azerbaijan.
