The representatives of rally participants in Jalal Abad have left for Bishkek to meet with the president accompanied by Deputy Interior Minister Kursan Asanov, the senior inspector of Kazakh Interior Ministry press service Taalaybek Susunbayev reported to KirTag.
According to Susunbayev, Kursan Asanov has held a meeting with rally participants and called to them upon orderly protests. During negotiations with rally participants, it was decided to send 5 rally representatives to Bishkek to meet with president.
"The deputy interior minister Kursan Asanov, plenipotentiary representative of government in Jalal Abad region Jusubali Toromamatov has left for Bishkek," Susunbayev reported to KirTAG.
He also noted that situation in Jalal Abad is under control, the order is enforced.
Previously reported, a peaceful rally of deputy supporters is currently happening in Jalal Abad. The deputies of Ata Jurt fraction Sadir Japarov, Kamchibek Tashiyev and Talant Mamitov were arrested due to riots in Bishkek. All remain in the detention center for SNSC criminal case under Art. 297 and 295 (a public call for the overthrow of the constitutional order and attempted seizure of power) of the Criminal Code. According to the lawyer, they will be formally charged within 48 hours.
