The European Union (EU) signed a contract and allocated a grant worth 7.1 million euro for Kyrgyzstan to rehabilitate the Osh-Batken-Isfana road, KyrTAG reported on Wednesday with reference to the country's Prime Minister Zhantoro Satibaldiyev.
He said that the country's government is interested in strengthening trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian partnership with the EU.
Satibaldiyev expressed hope that the EU will continue its support for the country's social sector , agriculture, as well as border security.
